Not Your Typical Fitness–Health Professional
Tania is not an aesthetic-driven, one-size-fits-all fitness professional.
She works with women who have a long-standing negative relationship with fitness and food, including:
Compulsive or over-exercising
Chronic dieting and metabolic damage
Binge–restrict cycles and disordered eating patterns
Body image distress and body shame
Fitness anxiety, comparison, and low self-esteem
Anxiety, perfectionism, and loss of confidence
As a seasoned athlete and coach of over 35 years, Tania understands the critical difference between what a client wants and what a client actually needs to heal, progress, and sustain results.
She identifies the underlying core issues that block transformation, then teaches women the skills required to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Psychology + Fitness
Tania teaches women how to solve problems connected to:
Training resistance and burnout
Chronic dieting and nutrition fear
Body image and self-worth
Exercise anxiety and avoidance
Weight loss frustration
Panic, comparison, shame, and guilt
By breaking cycles of negative thinking, avoidance, body-bashing, self-sabotage, and emotional overwhelm, she helps women build a strong, confident, embodied relationship with their bodies.
Her work is grounded in one core truth:
Resiliency is not a personality trait. It is a practice and a skill that can be learned.
Resiliency training is a dynamic, teachable process involving nervous system regulation, emotional agility, and psychological flexibility. Through this work, women learn how to positively adapt to difficult thoughts, experiences, and life transitions over time.
The Human Experience
From a deeply human perspective, Tania teaches women how to show up in the midst of adversity, rather than waiting to feel “ready” or “fixed.”
She provides practical, compassionate strategies to:
Recharge from stress and burnout
Interrupt self-sabotage and unhelpful thinking
Regulate emotions and nervous system responses
Create a new internal narrative rooted in strength and self-respect
The ultimate goal is embodiment where a woman can finally accept her body in the present moment, respect its functionality, and move forward without punishment or perfectionism.
Tania’s Turning Point: Healing Her Own Body
After decades as an elite athlete, coach, health practitioner, and therapist, Tania faced three life-altering challenges: Breast Implant Illness, a severe T9 spinal fracture, and a Multiple Myeloma Cancer Diagnosis during menopause.
She endured chemotherapy and an autologous stem cell transplant and rebuilt her body using The Metabolic Approach the Cancer Healing, integrative oncology principles, naturopathic medicine, precision exercise, emotional healing, and metabolic restoration.
Today, Tania is 4+ years cancer-free, healed herself from a spinal injury and breast implant illness, and in the strongest physical, mental, and metabolic condition of her life.
She healed her own body and mind and now teaches women how to do the same.

The Unbreakable Woman Method™
A precision-based, integrative health system designed to rebuild your body, your metabolic health, and your psychology so you never break again in the face of adversity.
Here are my six pillars of The Unbreakable Woman Method™:
-
Exercise is not optional—it is prescriptive.
When your body won’t change or heal exercise becomes your therapy.
-
Your metabolic health is the foundational to prevent all chronic conditions —and most women are operating in a state of metabolic dysfunction.
-
Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all—it is biologically individual.
This pillar is built on a test, not guess philosophy using advanced tools such as nutrigenomic testing.
-
True healing is not physical alone—it is emotional, neurological, and subconscious.
I use Recall Healing. Recall Healing is a therapeutic approach that identifies the emotional conflicts and subconscious patterns underlying physical illness.
-
Healing cannot occur in a toxic internal or external environment.
This pillar focuses on removing barriers to optimal health and performance.
-
Supplementation should be precise—not excessive.
“Healing is not just physical...it is cellular, emotional, and psychological.”
